Fulfillment and Logistics
At KiveraStore, we work with YunExpress Logistics, a third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in China, to manage inventory handling, order preparation, and international dispatch. This fulfillment partner is responsible for securely storing products, packing orders, and preparing shipments for export.

Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it is reviewed, packed, and prepared for shipment at the fulfillment center. Processing time typically takes between 2–5 business days, depending on the product type and current order volume.

Delivery and Transit
After dispatch, shipments move through international transport networks and are handed over to local carriers for final delivery. Estimated delivery time is 3–14 business days, depending on the destination and carrier workload.

Tracking Information
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Return Eligibility
We want your shopping experience at KiveraStore to be simple and stress-free. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days from the date you receive your order and receive a full refund.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at info@kiverastore.com. In your message, include your full name, order number, and a short explanation of the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or incorrect, attaching a photo of the product will help us process your request more efficiently. We respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization details and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is fully covered by us. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions explaining how to send the item back. Simply print the provided label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the designated postal location.
